Traffic Impacts:
- Mercer: lane restrictions March 14-March 22
- St. Patrick’s Day Parade: Fourth Ave between James and Westlake Park closed 12:30-3pm
- St. Patrick’s Day Dash: street closures 7:30am-noon include Viaduct and Aurora Ave N between Western Avenue off-ramp and N 39th St (see link for map); Metro routes 4, 5, 16, 26, 28 and 358 will be rerouted
