In our ongoing documentation and mapping of the Queen Anne Little Free Libraries (LFLs), our last update had Queen Anne at a total of eight LFLs. A tip from a reader has now led us to number nine (thanks, Nicole!).

You can find our newest Little Free Library on Garfield between 10th Ave W and 11th Ave W:

In addition to the map of LFLs, we’ve also uploaded an album with pictures of all nine (plus links below to past posts). The updated map is clickable and now has images for each LFL. If you spot one we haven’t captured on the map, just let us know and we’ll add it. And, if you’re interested in setting up your own LFL, check out the info here on setting one up and becoming a LFL steward.

Plus, last week, KING 5 had a feature on Seattle LFLs, featuring our own 2nd Ave W LFL, owned by Michelle Nash. Michelle’s LFL is the oldest one on Queen Anne, and per her reseach, it’s also the first in Seattle! Check out the video below to see other Seattle LFLs and an interview with Michelle:

And, remember, you can not only take books from LFLs, you can leave them too – so if you have some books you’d like to share with the neighborhood, drop them by a LFL near you!
