Chocopolis SignLocal Queen Anne chocolate shop Chocolopolis is celebrating 5 years on Queen Anne with chocolate-themed events throughout the month of July. The shop first opened its doors at 1527 Queen Anne Ave N on July 2nd at 4pm (wow, that’s exact!), so the celebration begins tomorrow, Tuesday, July 2nd.

Shop-owner Lauren Adler is also sticking with a fun and tasty Chocolopolis anniversary tradition – they’ll be hiding 3 golden chocolate bars somewhere in the shop’s chocolate collection, with the 3 winners getting a free bar of chocolate every week for a year. A bar will be hidden on three Tuesdays: July 2, July 9, and July 16.

It’s all part of saying “thank you” to the Queen Anne community:

“Most importantly, thanks to all of you for becoming a part of our community, and for contributing to our successes. I hope you’ll join our celebration, which begins on July 2 and continues with a month of free chocolate events.”
– Lauren Adler, owner Chocolopolis
