Remember the post about the proposed CVS pharmacy that will take over the Kidd Valley lot on Lower Queen Anne/Uptown? The corner lot at Queen Anne Ave N and Mercer that houses Kidd Valley, Payday Loans, and the Spectator is the potential site of a one-story CVS pharmacy, but nothing has been finally approved. And, that’s where the Design Review process comes into play.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, July 17th, there will be a Design Review Board meeting with the CVS plan on the agenda. These meetings include the opportunity for the public to comment on the proposal.

If you’d like to voice your opinion, feedback, or concerns about this potential development, here’s your chance. The meeting starts at 6:30pm at the Queen Anne Community Center (1901 1st Ave W), room 1.

To learn more about the proposed project and prep for the meeting, take a look at the Early Design Guidance document from Norr Architects – the Uptown Alliance has uploaded it to this Dropbox site (thanks, Uptown Alliance!) so you can access it directly.
