Grub is closed on Mondays, and owner Sharon Fillingim continues to turn her restaurant spot over to new and innovative pop-up concepts, providing Queen Anne with new one-night-only dining experiences.
The next pop-up at Grub is the celebratory return of Kraken Congee. On Monday, April 7th, Kraken Congee is marking its one-year anniversary with a menu of new and old items at Grub.
According to Kraken’s Garrett Doherty, Kraken Congee will be “re-releasing fan favorites like the award winning Pork Belly Abodo with Lugaw, Five Spice Duck Confit, and Longanisa Dumplings. You’ll also find new dishes that have risen from our winter slumber, like Octopus and Kimchi Congee and a special Thai Style Whole Fried Red Snapper. “ You can check out the menu below:
Kraken Congee’s service begins at 5 pm and runs through 9pm. They’re not taking reservations, so plan ahead to get to Grub at 7 Boston St on Monday.
