This Tuesday, May 6, you can donate to your favorite Seattle-area nonprofit organizations and have that donation go even further. GiveBIG is a “one-day, online charitable giving event, inspiring people to give generously to the nonprofit organizations that make our region a healthier and more vital place to live.”
On Tuesday, every donation up to $5,000 per donor, per listed nonprofit organization will be worth even more. The Seattle Foundation will donate a prorated portion of its matching funds (aka “stretch pool”) for each gift.

The amount of the matching funds from The Seattle Foundation will depend on the total amount of donations raised on GiveBig day. All you need to participate and help out nonprofits is to go online on Tuesday and give big!
