You may have noticed the mini-storefront at Grub over the past week or so. Dimples, a new waffle and juice pop up, had a soft opening this morning at the storefront.
Dimples is operating out of Grub’s kitchen window, and will be open 9am-noon Tuesdays through Fridays. The mastermind behind it hopes the spot will last longer than most pop ups and become a permanent fixture.
Smoothies will be coming soon, in the meantime, here’s the menu:
- Liege waffle with bacon, brie, basil, and apricot reserves
- Liege waffle with Nutella, bananas, and whipped cream
- Green juice of daikon, basil, apple and cucumber
- Red juice of beet, orange, celery, and ginger
