Halloween is a little over a week away, but fear not, the Upper Queen Anne merchants along Queen Anne Ave N are planning their annual trick-or-treating event! Just as in years past, the fun is slated for 3pm to 6pm on Halloween.
Participating merchants along Queen Anne Ave N between McGraw St and Galer St will be handing out candy next Friday, October 31st.
It’s always a fun event for kids and costume-watchers – last year, there were some really cool costumes:
According to Zillow, Seattle ranks #8 for trick-or-treating cities, and Queen Anne is #4 for Seattle neighborhoods. So, get your kiddos ready and help make Queen Anne come alive with ghosts, goblins, and creative costumes!
Keep in mind that this year Halloween falls on a Friday night. The merchants are asking people to avoid driving on Queen Anne Ave N, and there’ll be crossing guards for the costumed crowds. However, we may see some guests from out-of-the-neighborhood for Friday night dinners out – so stay safe and Happy Halloween!
