Saturday is International Games Day at the Queen Anne Library

ALA Games DayThe American Library Association has declared November 21st “International Games Day” for libraries across the country. Seattle is no exception, and you can celebrate board and card games at the Queen Anne branch of the Seattle Public Library this Saturday.

From 1pm to 5pm, the library is hosting a free classic board games event that’s free and open to all – kids, teens, and adults are all welcome. The library will have board games on hand, and you can bring your own to share with other gamers.

Sorry piecesThe library has limited space, so arrive early to secure your spot in the celebration of games. Since the event is 4 hours, you may also be able to drop in during the 1pm-5pm timeslot to pick up game of classic board games like Clue or Sorry, Chinese checkers, chess, Uno, and more.
