While we were undergoing a server migration and associated web site issues that took us down for a couple weeks, a new Taiwanese spot opened on Roy St.

Henry’s Taiwan Bistro is now open at 352 Roy St, the bright blue former home of Thai Heaven.

The new restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner, 11am-9pm daily. According to its website:

“The restaurant serves a Modern Taiwanese Cuisine featuring dishes from its island counterpart using specially imported Taiwanese artisanal methods with local influences supplied from the very best ingredients from the Pacific Northwest. In addition we also serve a selection of pre-dining drinks, whether a gathering with friends or just a quiet coffee while presenting an array of amazing beers and wines.”

You can check out the menu and photos of dishes on the Henry’s Taiwan Bistro website and Facebook page. And, yes, there is a Henry behind the name – Chef Henry Ku:

Stop by and welcome them to the neighborhood!
