Seattle Animal Shelter Pet of the Week: Whimsy

Looking for a clean and snuggly bunny?! Look no further! Whimzy is an exceptionally clean bunny who will tell you exactly what she wants! Her foster parents refer to her as the Great Communicator. She will nuzzle your hand for pets and rub against a brush to be groomed.

Whimzy is quite the character too. She is a confident explorer and takes no guff! While she takes a little time to warm up to people, she is a total sweetheart when she does.

House rabbits need a large, rabbit-proofed, *indoor* area of your home to live in that includes covered areas where they can hide and relax. Your rabbit should be fed high-quality hay pellets, unlimited Timothy hay, and fresh leafy greens. Rabbits are intelligent and social animals; they do best with a rabbit companion, and need daily
interaction with their human friends.

If you are interested in adopting Whimzy, please contact the Seattle Animal Shelter Foster Care Hotline at 206-684-0685 to arrange a meeting. Thank you!

Disclaimer: Queen Anne View has not met any of these pets – SAS is providing us with the description, as they know them well. We encourage potential adopters to get in touch with SAS and work with them to evaluate the compatibility of your home and a new pet. Happy adopting!
