For the past few years, there have been multiple events falling on one lone July Saturday – the Queen Anne Helpline Fun Run, Queen Anne Days, and the Queen Anne Running of the Bulls. It’s a lot of summer fun crammed into one day. Don’t fear, all of the aforementioned events are happening; they’re just split in two this year.

Things are changing up a bit and the famously fun Running of the Bulls will happen a week earlier than the Queen Anne Fun Run. This year, don your white togs and red bandanas on Saturday, July 8th and head to The Paragon (or thereabouts). Here’s your guide to the gear:

As in years past – this is the 8th Queen Anne Running of the Bulls – the race kicks off around 1pm and the crowd races through the streets of Queen Anne, accompanied by the famous bulls. From the Paragon, the runners make their way to Kerry Park for a finale celebration.

All are welcome to take part as runners or spectators, although note that the Paragon is 21+. While the former may not be for the feint of heart, the latter is surely fun for all. Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 8th and let the summer begin!
