Early look at McGraw Square at Queen Anne development

Posted on August 2nd, 2017 by Laura Fonda

The construction at W McGraw St between 9th Ave W and 10th Ave W now has a name – McGraw Square at Queen Anne – and drawings of what neighbors can expect. We’ve covered the project in the past, including background on the project for a special Queen Anne Community Council meeting, the fight against the development by Future Queen Anne, and a meeting with the developer. It’s since broken ground and construction is well underway.

McGraw Square will have 15 three-story buildings housing 57 townhomes. Each townhome will have 3 bedrooms and a 2-car garage, some will also have rooftop decks.

Here’s the early view of the exterior:

Here’s the site plan:

Pricing starts in the $900,000s and pre-sales will begin this fall. Information is available here.
