LOST DOG: Update on lost dog Bandit

Sad news on Bandit, the lost dog we posted on earlier this week. Per KIRO, Bandit was hit by a car and died after his dog walker failed to follow instructions and use a harness for his walk. He slipped out of his collar and ran away.
