Homeowner worried about possible burglary attempts

A resident in the 2200 block of 1st Ave N is worried about a string of incidents over the past few months. Six months ago, the homeowner discovered that an access door to a gas valve had been pried away from its frame. The door was on the side of a shed in the backyard of her home. More recently the victim found empty cans and flattened vegetation next to a basement window. On July 15, the woman found pry tool marks around a door to the trash room. No property was missing. The homeowner told police she’s concerned that the incidents may be linked. No evidence was found at the scene.
