Have you seen this cat wandering around the neighborhood? His name is Oscar, and his owners are missing him. Julie, who lives on 3rd Ave W, says Oscar has been missing for two weeks.
Oscar is a five-year-old indoor/outdoor cat who Julia says has a friendly disposition. “[He] is so so sweet to everyone,” she writes.
