Construction workers were busy even in the rain this week at the Kerry Park Court condominium/townhomes at 222 West Highland Drive, the new development with million-dollar views–literally. The three homes range in size from 2,688 and 5,862 square feet and have unobstructed views of Kerry Park with the twinkling downtown at its feet. The price for such opulence? They begin at a heady $3.2 million.
Project owner Ken Woolcott said he’s already received interest from buyers as far as Hong Kong.
“We suspect we’ll get more international interest because of the location,” he said.
Brickwork is already complete. Metal work is happening now. Scaffolding comes down in November and doors open in the first quarter of 2012.
