The Queen Anne Farmers Market is back this (Thursday) afternoon, and one of the highlights will be chef Matt Lewis of the yummy “Where Ya At Matt” food truck. He’ll be at the chef’s tent at 5:30 p.m. showing off some of his New Orleans cooking secrets. These cooking demonstrations are always popular, so no wonder the Queen Anne Farmers Market just announced its first “hands on” dinner at The Pantry at Delancey.

The October 2nd event is a fundraiser for the market, and the interactive class will be led by The Pantry at Delancey co-founder, Olaiya Land (above). She’ll be featuring farm-fresh, Washington produce and artisan food products from vendors at QAFM. “We are proud that we can support the fundraising efforts of the Queen Anne Farmers Market,” said Land.

Slots are limited, and you can sign up here. Tickets are $125 each.
