QA Greenways LogoThe monthly Queen Anne Greenways meeting is this Tuesday, April 28th, at the Queen Anne Library. The meeting runs from 6:30pm to 7:45pm, with a hard-stop at 7:45pm due to Library hours (so no worries on it running over if you have to make plans).

The focus of this week’s meeting is the ongoing discussion of 2015 priorities to keep pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists safe on Queen Anne streets. All ideas will be gathered, discussed, then prioritized by those at the meeting.

Here’s the current list of priorities from past meetings:

  •  7th Ave W & W McGraw intersection/proposed 4-way stop
  • Repainting and/or painting crosswalks
  • 7th Ave W & Blaine St
  • Connecting to Uptown, Westlake, and other neighborhoods
  • Revisit what is included in “Greenways”
  • 10th Ave W & McGraw 4-way stop
  • Sharrowing the #1 bus route up the hill

All are welcome to attend the meeting and submit additional priorities – as well as vote on the list above. Help keep our streets safe and attend a Queen Anne Greenways meeting, all are welcome!
