KMS Womens Self-Defense Seminar_2016The two-hour seminar on April 2nd will teach women how to defend against attack and how to fend off an attacker with punches, elbows, knees, and kicks. According to Krav Maga:

“Our women’s self-defense seminar will incorporate training methods to build women’s fighting spirit and to train them how to respond both mentally and physically in a time of need, eliminating the danger of “freezing” or “shutting down” in confrontations.

Our dedicated instructors ensure that female students constantly feel safe and in control throughout the seminar.  It’s our mission to increase mental and physical strength within our female students, ensuring that they leave class with the ability to combat potential danger.”

The April 2nd seminar runs from 1:30pm to 3:30pm at Krav Maga’s studio at 1009 8th Ave N. The class has a limited number of available slots, so sign up today for one of the 25 slots left.
