Tax deadline looming? Rooftop Brew Co is combining running and beer on Saturday, April 15th, so celebrate the end of tax season and get outside for a 5K run! It’s the first official event for the Washington Brewery Running Series and portions of the proceeds benefit local nonprofits, including the Queen Anne Helpline.

The roughly 5K course starts and ends at Rooftop Brew Co, 1220 W Nickerson St, on Saturday, April 15th. All participants get a free craft brew and swag, plus there will be live music, food trucks, local vendors, and, of course, a rooftop deck to enjoy it from.

Registration is limited and while you need to bring a valid ID, you don’t need to be 21 to run. The race starts at 11am and the open course (aka roads are not closed for this event) are designed to route runners through the neighborhood, with volunteer guides along the way.

Register for the 5K today and get ready to run for beer!
