Good news! Bailey, the yellow lab who went missing from W Highland Dr, is home safe and sound – after a bit of a canine adventure…
Here’s the update from her owner:
“Amazingly good ending to the story. Bailey is home and not much worse for the wear. She had wandered into the backyard of a vacant house under reconstruction. Back in the far corner, her leash had gotten stuck between two large rocks. A neighbor said she’d heard a dog barking in the night so my wife knocked on every door. Then she decided to trespass and walk through the construction site. Crazy that she went all the way to the back corner. Bailey was thirsty, hungry and not looking her best but she is as happy as we are to have her home.”
