It’s Thursday, and that means another market day along W Crockett. The Queen Anne Farmers Market is open from 3pm to 7:30pm to fill your market needs.

Here’s the info you need to know to plan your late Thursday afternoon and/or evening:

3pm-7pm: Community Tent
Come see Picture Perfect Queen Anne at the Community Tent to learn about what grows on Queen Anne and have your photo taken with Craig the scarecrow!

4pm-6pm: Kids’ Tent – Roots to Shoots
This week, Bats Northwest will be at the tent (that’s right, BATS) talking about how amazing and helpful bats are to our ecosystem.

5pm: Event Tent – Seattle Public Utilities’ Love Food, Stop Waste Program
40% of food in the U.S. goes uneaten. SPU’s Love Food, Stop Waste program partners with Seattle residents to help them save money and protect the environment by reducing their food waste. They provide tips and resources to help residents waste less food at home, including information on how to plan meals, where to store foods to stay fresh longer, how to freeze food, what date labels really mean, and where to dispose of your food scraps.

5pm: Market Music
Welcome Sunday Speedtrap back to the market this Thursday. Chris Eric, the man behind Sunday Speedtrap, plays a combination of originals and covers and guarantees a good time.

This Week’s Rotating Food Vendors:
BeanFish
Bonnie B’s Peppers
Bumbu Truck
Firefly Kitchens
Juice Harbor
Mochila
Mystic Kombucha
Napkin Friends
Papa Bois
Wilridge Winery
