The mixed use building at 617 Queen Anne Ave N near the intersection of Roy St and Queen Anne Ave N is going to grow upwards with a two-story addition to the existing two-story building. Per the Land Use Application, the existing building will remain, minus two units.
The addition will add 30 units and bring it up to a four-story mixed use building with retail on the first floor and 52 apartments above. It’s still very early in the process, so no drawings are available and no public meetings are scheduled at this time.
